Contract with Mareckie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o. signed

With reference to the current report No 11/2018 of 7 March 2018, in which we announced the conclusion of a contract for PLN 85,744,715 with Mareckie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o., and the choice of our bid up to the value of PLN 27,229,273 net, by the same investor, as the most advantageous one, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 20 March 2018 the contract worth PLN 27,229,273 net was signed. The value of both contracts exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand. In the current report No 11/2018 of 7 March 2018, we communicated the terms and conditions of the contract of higher value.
