Annex to the agreement with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 6 October 2017 it was informed by Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. about the signing of an annex to the General Lease Agreement, the conclusion of which was announced by the company in current report No 52/2016 of 14 July 2016. The annex extends the deadline for the company to conclude one time lease agreements with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o to 31 December 2018. The other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
