Annex to the agreement on bank guarantees with PKO BP SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 31 March 2016 it concluded with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski SA an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees of which the company had informed in its current reports No 20/2015 dated 8 April 2015 and No 63/2015 dated 18 September 2015.

Pursuant to the annex, the term by which the company may request that the Bank issue guarantees was extended by 30 June 2017.

Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
