Annexe to the Credit Agreement with Bank PEKAO SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 22 September 2015 it was notified by Bank PEKAO SA about the execution of an annexe to the Credit Agreement dated 12 August 2008. Budimex had reported the conclusion of the Credit Agreement and the amendments thereto in its current reports Nos 47/2008 of 12.08.2008, 67/2009 of 13.08.2009, 38/2010 of 04.05.2010, 54/2011 of 17.06.2011, 30/2012 of 30.05.2012, 36/2012 of 03.07.2012, 27/2013 of 17.04.2013, 46/2013 of 9.07.2013, 28/2015 of 15.05.2015 and 40/2015 of 02.07.2015.

Under the annexe, the limit amount up to which Budimex can instruct the Bank to issue bank guarantees was increased from PLN 600,000,000 (say: six hundred million zlotys) to PLN 800,000,000 (say: eight hundred million zlotys).

Other material provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
