Construction of the Equilibrium office building in Warsaw - a new contract for Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 10 September 2015 the Company signed a contract with Equilibrium sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw for building the Equilibrium office building with its external infrastructure at ul. Jana Kazimierza, the Ordon corner in Warsaw.

• Contract value: PLN 56,492,705.00 net.
• Commencement date: 16.09.2015.
• Deadline: 31.12.2016.
• Guarantee period: 60 months
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment deadline: 30 days after the Contracting Authority has received the VAT invoice.
  • Performance bond: 10% of the net remuneration.
• Maximum penalties payable by the Contractor:
  • 15% of net remuneration.
• Penalties payable by the Contracting Authority:
  • 10% of the net contractual compensation in the event of Contract termination on grounds attributable to the Contracting Authority.
• If the value of the damage exceeds the contractual penalties, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to claim compensation on general terms.

The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
