Resignation of the Managing Person
The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to announce that on 2 September 2015 we received from Andrzej Artur Czynczyk information about his resignation, with effect from 17 September 2015, from his position of the Board member and Director of the Division of Human Resources Management of Budimex SA. The reason for his resignation is the decision to continue his business career in an international corporation abroad.
