Construction of Wiktoryn Housing Estate in Lublin — a new contract of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 27 July 2015 it was informed about signing of another contract within the last 12 months with Multidruk SA with its registered office in Lublin. The total value of these contracts amounts to PLN 53,578,300.00 net.

The highest value contract signed on 22 October 2014 refers to stage 1 construction of the Wiktoryn Housing Estate.

• Contract value: PLN 33,109,300.00 net.
• Works commencement date: 5 November 2014.
• Works completion date: 30 September 2016.
• Guarantee period: 60 months
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment date: 30 days of VAT invoice receipt by the Employer.
  • Performance bond: 5% of net remuneration.
• Maximum penalties: 15% of net contract value.
• The Parties reserve the right to seek supplemental damages to the full amount of the loss incurred in accordance with the principles set out in the Civil Code.

The total value of contracts signed within the last 12 months with that counterparty exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
