Annex to the Agreement on bank guarantees with BZ WBK

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 16 July 2015 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA about the signing of an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees, of which Budimex had notified in current report No 36/2015 dated 9 June 2015.

Under the annex, the limit amount to which the company can order the Bank to issue bank guarantees was increased from PLN 316,000,000 (say: three hundred sixteen million zlotys) to PLN 416,000,000 (say: four hundred sixteen million zlotys).

All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
