Annex to Agreement on bank guarantees with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 16 July 2015 it concluded, with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, an annex to the Agreement on bank guarantees, of which Budimex had notified in current report No 54/2014 dated 30 June 2014.

Pursuant to the annex, the limit amount to which the company can order the Bank to issue bank guarantees has been increased from the amount of PLN 200,000,000 (say: two hundred million) to PLN 250,000,000 (say: two hundred fifty million) and the term of the Agreement has been prolonged until 29 June 2016.

Pursuant to the above-mentioned annex the form of collateral established for each bank guarantee has been changed by replacing the company's statements of voluntary submission to the enforcement procedure with fifteen (15) blank promissory notes with a promissory note declaration.

Any other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
