An amendment to the credit facility agreement with Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A. Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 14 July 2015, the company has received information from Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A. Branch in Poland on signing an amendment to the credit facility agreement relating to issuing bank warranties. The company provided information about the above agreement in current report No 45/2012 dated 2 August 2012.

Pursuant to the above amendment, the term of the agreement has been extended until 20 June 2016.

The other conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.

The agreement value exceeds 10% of Budimex SA’s own capital.
