Manufacturing steel constructions for the Opole Power Plant – a new contract of Mostostal Kraków SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 10 July 2015 it was informed that Mostostal Kraków SA, with its registered seat in Krakow (100% wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) had signed another contract within the last 12 months with Alstom Power sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw. The net total value of these contracts amounts to PLN 84,363,590.86.

The contract with the highest value is the contract of 7 July 2015 for “Manufacturing  the constructions of steel buildings – Building the flue gas desulphurisation plants in the Opole power plant”.

• Contract value: PLN 28,200,000 net.
• Works start date: 7 July 2015
• Works completion date: 14 September 2016
• Term of guarantee: 31 May 2021
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Advance payment: 10% of gross contract value.
  • Payment date: 30 days of receipt by the ordering party of the relevant VAT invoice.
  • Performance bond: 10% of net contract value.
• Maximum penalties: 15% of net contract value.
• The Ordering Party reserves the right to seek damages under general applicable rules if the amount of loss sustained exceeds the amount of the stipulated penalty.

The total value of contracts signed within the last 12 months with one counterparty exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
