Annex to the credit agreement with Bank PEKAO SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 2 July of this year it was notified by Bank PEKAO SA of the conclusion of an annex to the credit agreement of 12 August 2008, the conclusion of and amendments to were reported by Budimex in current reports No 47/2008 of 12 August 2008, 67/2009 of 13 August 2009, 38/2010 of 4 May 2010, 54/2011 of 17 June 2011, 30/2012 of 30 May 2012, 36/2012 of 3 July 2012, 27/2013 of 17 April 2013, 46/2013 of 9 July 2013 and 28/2015 of 15 May 2015.

Pursuant to the annex, the term of the agreement was extended to 30 June 2016, and the maximum amount up to which Budimex SA will be able to request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was increased to PLN 600 million.

Other provisions of the Agreement will remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
