Annex to the Agreement on bank guarantees with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 9 June 2015 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA about the signing of an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees, of which Budimex had notified in current report No 47/2014 dated 5 June 2014.

Pursuant to the annex, the term by which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended by 31 May 2016.

Any other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
