Annex to the agreement on bank guarantees with Bank Millennium SA
The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 3 June 2015 it was informed about the signing, by Bank Millennium SA, of an annex to the agreement on bank guarantees, of which Budimex had notified in current report No 65/2014 dated 8 August 2014.
Pursuant to the annex, the term of the agreement was extended until 29 May 2016.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
