Change of issue sponsor for Budimex SA shares — Consent of the Management Board of KDPW SA

In reference to the report No 30/2015 of 25 May 2015, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that on 2 June 2015, the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland [Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] adopted Resolution No 354/15 on extension, as of 3 June 2015, of participation of Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw in the securities depository by issue sponsor type for the shares of Budimex S.A. coded PLBUDMX00013, PLBUDMX00021 and PLBUDMX00039.

At the same time, pursuant to the above-mentioned Resolution, as of 3 June 2015, KBC Securities N.V. (joint-stock company) Branch in Poland in liquidation shall cease to perform this function for the shares of Budimex S.A.
