The Construction of Dune B in Mielno – a new contract of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to inform you that on 01 June 2015 it concluded an agreement with Dune B sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mścice, for construction of the Dune B residential building with services and a car park with the necessary technical infrastructure in Mielno at ul. Pionierów 18.

• Contract value: PLN 53,422,671.19 net.
• Works start date: 11 June 2015
• Works completion date: 28 April 2017.
• Guarantee period: 5 years.
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment dates: first invoice – 90 days; second invoice – 60 days, later invoices – 30 days from the date of receiving a VAT invoice by the Employer.
  • Performance bond: 10% of net remuneration.
• Maximum penalties: 10% of net remuneration.
• The payment of contractual penalties by the General Contractor does not exclude the Employer’s right to claim full compensation for damages beyond the scope of contractual penalties.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
