Change of issue sponsor for Budimex SA shares

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs of termination of the issue sponsor agreement for the shares of Budimex SA with KBC Securities N.V. (Joint Stock Company) Branch in Poland under liquidation, and of conclusion of an agreement for the same purpose with the brokerage office of Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. The existing Agreement will be terminated on 3 June 2015, and the same date will mark the effective date of the agreement with Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao S.A., after consent of the Management Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland [Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.] has been obtained.
