Bank guarantee agreement concluded with mBank S.A.

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 19 May 2015 the Company was informed that mBank S.A. signed an agreement for bank guarantees limit. Under the agreement, Budimex may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees to the aggregate amount of PLN 100,000,000 (one hundred million zlotys). The agreement was made for the period until 30 October 2015.

To secure its obligations under the agreement, Budimex granted to the Bank an authorisation to its bank account. Additionally, together with each order for issuance of a guarantee, the Company shall submit to the Bank a statement on submission to enforcement in respect of the obligations under the guarantee.

The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement are standard for agreements of this type.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of Budimex SA’s equity.
