Entering into a Leasing Contract Amendment with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 14 May  2015 they were informed about signing an Amendment to the General Leasing Contract of 17 June 2014 by Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.

Budimex may enter into separate fixed assets leasing contracts within the General Contract with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.

Under the Amendment, Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. raised the amount of the leasing limit from PLN 36,500,000 (say: thirty six million five hundred thousand zlotys) to PLN 45,000,000 (say: forty five million zlotys). The Contract is in force until 31 March 2016.

The value of the Contract exceeds 10% of Budimex SA equity.
