List of shareholders present at the OGM of Budimex S.A. holding over 5% of votes at the OGM

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. which was held on 28 April 2015 along with the number of votes carried by the shares held by each of them and their percentage share in the number of votes at this general meeting and in the overall number of votes:

1. VALIVALA HOLDINGS B.V. – number of votes: 15,078,159; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex S.A. held on 28 April 2015: 81.41%; percentage share in the overall number of votes: 59.06%.
2. AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA BZ WBK – number of votes: 1,280,000; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex S.A. held on 28 April 2015: 6.91%; percentage share in the overall number of votes: 5.01%.
3. OFE PZU „Złota Jesień” – number of votes: 1,000,000; percentage share in the number of votes at the OGM of Budimex S.A. held on 28 April 2015: 5.40%; percentage share in the overall number of votes: 3.92%.
