Conclusion of an annexe to the Bank Guarantee Line Agreement with CaixaBank, SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 20 April 2015 it was notified by CaixaBank, SA Branch in Poland of the signing of an annexe to the Bank Guarantee Line Agreement. The Company has already disclosed that the Bank Guarantee Line Agreement was concluded and amended in its Current Reports No 102/2014 of 18 December 2014 and No 6/2015 of 11 February 2015, respectively.

Pursuant to the annexe, the limit amount for the bank guarantees that can be issued by the Bank at the request of Budimex SA was increased from PLN 121 000 000,- (one hundred and twenty one million zlotys) to PLN 150 000 000, (one hundred and fifty million zlotys).

All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
