Construction of building B of the Silesia Star office building – new contract of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 10 April 2015, a contract was signed with LC Corp Invest XVII sp. z o.o. Projekt 20 Sp. k. with its registered office in Wrocław for the execution of the 2nd stage (building B) of the office and service complex “Roździeńskiego” in Katowice, at al. Roździeńskiego, together with the internal infrastructure.

• Contract value: PLN 61,500,000 net
• Works commencement date: 11 April 2015
• Works completion date: 15 August 2016
• Term of guarantee: 10 years
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days from the receipt of the VAT invoice by the Employer
  • Performance bond: 10% of net contractual remuneration
• Maximum penalties: 10% of net contractual remuneration
• The Parties reserve the right to seek supplemental compensation in excess of the contractual penalties up to the amount of damage actually incurred.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
