Conclusion of an agreement on bank guarantees with PKO BP SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. would like to inform you that on 8 April 2015, the company was notified by Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. about the conclusion of an agreement on limit for bank guarantees. Under the agreement, Budimex may order the bank to issue bank guarantees up to the total amount of PLN 200,000,000 (two hundred million zlotys). The agreement has been concluded for a term ending on 31 March 2016.

As a security for meeting its obligations under the agreement, Budimex granted the bank power of attorney for the bank account and presented the bank with a declaration of voluntary submission to enforcement.

The remaining terms and conditions of the agreement are standard for agreements of this type.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of equity of Budimex SA.
