Acquisition of a plot of land by Budimex Nieruchomości sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to confirm that on 2 April 2015 it was notified about Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a company fully owned by Budimex SA) signing a notarial deed on 1 April 2015 concerning an acquisition from EMH Verwaltungs GmbH A2 S.K.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, of a plot of land with an area of 51,216 square meters located in Gdańsk at ul. Jana Pawła II (district Zaspa – Młyniec).

Value of the transaction: EUR 11.4 million net, which according to the exchange rate as at the date of the transaction, amounts to PLN 46.4 million net.

There are no connections between the issuer, the issuer’s management or supervisory bodies and the entity selling the assets.

Source of financing the asset acquisition: own funds.

The plot of land remained undeveloped prior to the acquisition. Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. plans to launch a development project on this plot of land.

Notarial deed does not include any specific terms and conditions deviating from the common market standards.

The value of the acquired assets exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
