Appointment of the entity authorised to audit financial statements

Budimex SA Management Board announces that on 16 March 2015, Budimex SA Supervisory Board appointed, as per the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the auditing company Deloitte Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Jana Pawła II 19, 00-854 Warsaw, to conduct the review of the semiannual financial statements of Budimex SA and the Budimex Group for the period of 6 months of 2015 as well as the audit of the financial statements of Budimex SA, selected companies of the Budimex Group and the Budimex Group itself for the financial year 2015. The auditor was appointed as per the applicable law and professional practice. The agreement will be concluded for 1 year.

Deloitte Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is entered on the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements kept by KRBR under the registration number 73. Deloitte Polska Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. (former Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o.) reviewed semiannual financial statements for the period of 6 months and audited annual financial statements of Budimex SA and the Budimex Group in 2006–2014 and provided in that period certifying and advisory services for Budimex SA.
