Concluding an annex to the contractual guarantees agreement with Euler Hermes SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 2 March 2015, the company concluded an annex of 19 February 2015 to the agreement on granting contractual guarantees under the revolving limit of 28 August 2008, concluded with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA, of which the company notified in current report No 65/2009 dated 7 August 2009.

Pursuant to the annex, the limit to which the Company may instruct Euler Hermes SA to issue contractual guarantees was raised to PLN 70,000,000.00 (in words: PLN seventy million) and it was agreed that the agreement is concluded for an indefinite time.

Any other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
