Construction of Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica – new contract for Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby notifies that on 24 February 2015 a contract was signed with Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica sp. z o.o. with registered office in Ząbki concerning the "Construction of the Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica".

• Value of the contract: net PLN 96,477,000.00.
• Works start date: after the construction site is handed over (up to 7 days from the date at which the contract is signed).
• Works completion date: 24 February 2018.
• Warranty period: 60 months.
• Financial terms:
  • Payment: 30 days from the date at which the employer receives the VAT invoice.
  • Performance bond: 10% of gross remuneration.
• Penalties paid by the contractor:
  • 5% of gross remuneration for withdrawal from the contract or termination of the contract for reasons attributable to the contractor,
  • 0.02% of gross remuneration for each day of delay in performing the subject matter of the contract,
  • 0.02% of gross remuneration for a delay in remedying the defects discovered during the approval or during the warranty and guarantee period for each day of delay.
• Penalties paid by the employer:
  • 5% of gross remuneration for withdrawal from the contract for reasons attributable to the employer.
• The employer has the right to claim compensation on general terms if the value of the loss exceeds the contractual penalty.

The value of the contract exceeds 10% of equity of Budimex SA.
