Conclusion of an Annex to the Bank Guarantee Facility Agreement with BNP Paribas Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimeks SA kindly wishes to report that on 16 February 2015 it was notified of signing by BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA of an amendment to the Bank Guarantee Facility Agreement of 25 April 2008. Budimex already disclosed the conclusion of the said Agreement in its Current Report number 20/2008 of 28 April 2008.

In accordance with the document, BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA extended the limit to which the Company may order the issuance of bank guarantee facilities up to the amount of PLN 205,000,000,- (in words: two hundred five million Polish zloty); the term of the Agreement was extended until 15 February 2016.

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of Budimeks SA’s equity.
