Conclusion of an Annex to the Loan Agreement with ING Bank Śląski SA

The Management Board of Budimeks SA kindly wishes to report that on 16 February 2015 the Company was notified by ING Bank Śląski SA of signing an Annex to the Loan Agreement; the Company already disclosed that the Loan Agreement was concluded and amended in its Current Reports number 10/2013 of 19 February 2013 and number 14/2014 of 19 February 2014.

In accordance with the foregoing Annex, the term of the Agreement was extended until 30 April 2015 and the form of the loan was altered from a committed loan into an uncommitted loan. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of Budimeks SA’s equity.
