Conclusion of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees with CaixaBank, SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 11 February 2015 it was notified by CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland about the signing of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees. Budimex SA informed of the conclusion of the Agreement in Current Report No 102/2014 dated 18 December 2014.

Under the annexe, the limit amount for the bank guarantees that can be issued by the Bank at the request of Budimex SA was increased from PLN 1,000,000,000 (one hundred million zlotys) to PLN 121,000,000 (one hundred and twenty one million zlotys).

All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
