Signing the annexe to the agreement on bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 9 February 2015 it was informed by the Bank Societe Generale Spółka Akcyjna Branch in Poland about the signing of the annexe to the agreement on bank guarantees. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in Current Reports No 37/2011 dated 4 May 2011, No 72/2011 dated 2 August 2011, No 25/2012 dated 8 May 2012, No 75/2012 dated 28 November 2012, No 32/2013 dated 25 April 2013, No 62/2013 dated 1 October 2013 and No 12/2014 dated 10 February 2014.

Pursuant to the annexe, the term of the agreement has been extended to 31 December 2015. Other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
