Signing the annex to the credit agreement with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 4 February 2015 it has signed an annex to the credit agreement with Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA, of which the company notified in the current report No 13/2014 dated 13 February 2014.

Pursuant to the annex the validity term of the agreement has been extended until 3 April 2015 and the form of the credit has been changed from promised to non-promised. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
