The conclusion of the agreement on limit for bank guarantees with CaixaBank S.A. Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 18 December 2014, the company concluded with CaixaBank S.A. (joint-stock company), Branch in Poland, an agreement on limit for bank guarantees. Under the agreement, Budimex may instruct the bank to issue bank guarantees up to PLN 100,000,000 (PLN a hundred million). The agreement was concluded for the period until 18 December 2015.

As collateral of meeting Budimex' obligations under the agreement, Budimex granted the bank with the Power of Attorney to its bank account and submitted the declaration on the submission to enforcement proceedings in relation of obligations under the guarantee.

Other terms and conditions are standard for such agreements.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of equity of Budimex SA.
