Signing the annexe to the credit agreement with Societe Generale SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 12 December 2014 it was informed by the Bank Societe Generale Spółka Akcyjna Branch in Poland about the signing of the annexe to the confirmed short-term credit facility agreement. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in the Current Report No 77/2013 dated 10 December 2013.

Pursuant to the annexe the validity term of the credit has been extended until 9 March 2015 and the form of the credit has been changed from promised to non-promised.

Other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
