Signing of the annex to the contractual guarantees agreement with TUiR Allianz Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 11 December 2014 it was informed of signing by TUiR Allianz Polska SA of an annex to the agreement on granting contractual insurance guarantees under the revolving limit dated 8 October 2007.

Pursuant to the annex, the term of the agreement has been extended until 30 November 2015 and the guarantee facility has been increased to the amount of PLN 60,000,000 (say: sixty million zlotys).

The other material provisions of the agreement remain unchanged. The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
