Annex to the Insurance Guarantee Agreement with Ergo Hestia SA concluded

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs you that on 3 December 2014 it concluded with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA with its registered office in Sopot an Annex to the Agreement on granting insurance guarantees under the guarantee limit of 18 May 2009, which was communicated by the Company in its current reports
No 01/2011, No 19/2011, No 09/2012 and No 18/2013.
As agreed in the Annex, the total guarantee amount for all guarantees issued under the Agreement shall not exceed PLN 150,000,000.
Other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
