Preparation of the infrastructure for the quartering of soldiers in the Konotop camp – decision on choosing the bid of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 14 November 2014 it was informed by the Regional Infrastructure Administration (Rejonowy Zarząd Infrastruktury) in Szczecin about the selection of the bid of Budimex SA as the most advantageous bid in the open tender procedure leading to the award of the public contract for: “Building works pertaining to the preparation of the infrastructure for the quartering of soldiers in the Konotop camp”.

• Bid value: PLN 39,710,355.35 net.
• Works commencement date: 9 December 2014
• Works completion date: 36 months from the hand-over of the building site
• Term of guarantee: 36 months
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Advance payment: 50% of the gross annual remuneration limit in the given calendar year
  • Payment: 30 days from the delivery of the VAT invoice to the Ordering Party
  • Performance bond: 10% of gross remuneration
• Maximum penalties incurred by the Contractor: 20% of gross bid value
• Maximum penalties incurred by the Ordering Party: 20% of gross bid price of the works from whose performance the Ordering Party withdraws (with the exception of a withdrawal caused by circumstances defined in Article 145 of the Public Procurement Law)
• The Parties reserve the right to seek supplemental damages to the full amount of the damage incurred.

The bid value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
