Signing of an annex to the agreement on bank guarantees concluded with Alior Bank SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to inform you that on 17 November 2014 it was notified about Alior Bank SA signing an annex to the agreement on the bank guarantee line, the conclusion and amendment of which was announced by Budimex in its current reports: No 53/2013 of 22 August 2013 and No 63/2014 of 7 August 2014.

The annex determines a new limit amount at PLN 101,000,000.00 (one hundred and one million zloty) up to which Budimex may order the issuance of bank guarantees. 

Other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of Budimex SA’s equity.
