Annex to the contractual guarantees agreement with TUiR WARTA SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 5 November 2014 the company was informed about signing by Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji WARTA SA of an annex to the agreement on granting contractual insurance guarantees of which the company notified in current report No 53/2014 dated 30 June 2014.

Pursuant to the annex, the term of the agreement has been extended until 9 June 2015.

Other provisions of the agreement shall remain unchanged.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
