Signing of an addendum to a bank guarantee agreement with Bank Millennium SA

P>The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 8 August 2014 it was informed about the signing of an addendum to the Bank Guarantee Agreement by Bank Millennium SA. Budimex announced the execution of the said Agreement in Current Report No. 44/2013 of 5 July 2013.
The addendum sets the new expiry date for the Agreement as 29 May 2015.
The remaining provisions of the agreement were not amended.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
