Signing of an addendum to the bank guarantee agreement with Alior Bank SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 7 August, 2014 it was informed about the signing of an addendum to the Bank Guarantee Agreement by Alior Bank S.A. Budimex announced the execution of the said Agreement in Current Report No. 53/2013 of 22 August, 2013.
The addendum specifies the new expiry date for the Agreement to be 20 August, 2015.
The remaining provisions of the Agreement were not amended.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
