Signing of an annex to the credit agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 31 July 2014 it received a notice from Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA on signing an annex to the credit agreement with Budimex SA, an agreement mentioned in current report no. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008 and in the following reports: 44/2009 of 8 June 2009; 56/2009 of 24 July 2009; 75/2009 of 1 September 2009; 2/2010 of 18 January 2010; 30/2010 of 6 April 2010; 40/2010 of 10 May 2010; 35/2011 of 28 April 2011; 50/2011 of 7 June 2011; 31/2012 of 5 June 2012; 56/2012 of 5 September 2012; 55/2013 of 30 August 2013 and 20/2014 of 27 February 2014.
The annex specifies the new expiry date for the agreement as 31 August 2015 and increases the amount of the available guarantee limit to PLN 200,000,000 (two hundred million zloty).
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
