Conclusion of a Bank Guarantee Contract with BGK

The Management of Budimex SA announces that on 30 June, 2014 the company concluded a bank guarantee line contract with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Under this credit facility agreement, Budimex may order the bank to issue bank guarantees of up to a total sum of PLN 200,000,000 (two hundred million zlotys). The agreement has been concluded for the period up to 29 June, 2015.
As a performance guarantee to the contractual obligations of Budimex, the Company has granted the Bank a power of attorney for its bank account. Moreover, to each guarantee issued by the Bank within the limit, Budimex will submit a declaration of submission for bank execution concerning the liabilities resulting from the guarantee.
Other terms and conditions are standard for this type of agreement.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
