Annex to the agreement on granting contractual insurance guarantees with TUiR WARTA SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 30 June 2014 the company and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji WARTA SA signed an annex to the agreement on granting contractual insurance guarantees.
Pursuant to the said annex, the limit up to which Budimex can request the insurance company to issue contractual insurance guaranties has been increased from PLN 40,000,000 (forty million zloty) to PLN 80,000,000 (eighty million zloty).
As a performance guarantee for the contractual obligations of Budimex, the Company issued 6 blank bills of exchange with promissory note declarations.
Other terms and conditions are standard for this type of agreement.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
