Conclusion of an annex to the Bank Guarantee Agreement with Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 26 June, 2014 it was informed by Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A., Branch in Poland, about the conclusion of an annex to the loan agreement for the issuing or bank guarantees.
Under the aforementioned annex, the term of the agreement was extended to 20 June, 2015.
The remaining terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
