Signing of an annex to the bank guarantee agreement with ING Bank Śląski SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 9 June 2014 the company was informed by ING Bank Śląski SA about the signing of an annex to the framework bank guarantee agreement.
Under the annex, the bank increased the available limit, up to which the company may order the Bank to issue bank guarantees from PLN 176,000,000 (in words: one hundred and seventy-six million zloty) to PLN 256,000,000 (in words: two hundred and fifty-six million zloty).
The remaining terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
The available loan limit exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
