Signing of an annex to the bank guarantee agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 5 June 2014 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA that an annex to the bank guarantee limit agreement had been signed, the conclusion and amendments to which Budimex announced in Current Report Nos. 89/2009 of 16 October 2009, 33/2010 of 21 April 2010, 36/2011 of 28 April 2011, 19/2012 of 20 April 2012, 14/2013 of 4 March 2013, 40/2013 of 12 June 2013 and 29/2014 of 13 March 2014.
Pursuant to the annex, the deadline until which Budimex SA may order the Bank to issue bank guarantees has been prolonged by the Bank until 31 May 2015.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
