Construction of the take-off area at the airport in Szymany - selection of the Mostostal Kraków SA bid

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 2 June 2014 it was informed by Mostostal Kraków SA (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Budimex) that Warmia i Mazury Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szymany selected the Mostostal Kraków SA bid in the public contract award procedure for "Construction of the take-off area with guardhouse, design development and construction of ILS / DME terrestrial radio navigation aid at “Mazury” Airport in Szymany under the investment project called: "Olsztyn – Mazury regional airport - entered into the indicative list of key projects of the Regional Operational Programme Warmia and Mazury for 2007 - 2013".

• Contract value: PLN 89,940,641.00 net
• Commencement date: 14 days from the date of concluding the contract
• Work completion date: 31.08.2015.
• Guarantee period: 10 years
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days after the Contracting Authority has received an invoice
  • Bank guarantee of successful completion: 5% of the total gross value
• Maximum penalties paid by the Contractor: 10% of the gross contractual price.
• The Parties reserve the right to compensation which exceeds the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of damage actually suffered.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
