Appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that in connection with the resignation of Mr Maciej Stańczuk from membership of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. on 7 February 2014, which the Company announced in current report no. 10/2014 of 7 February 2014, on 24 April 2014 the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex S.A. adopted a Resolution appointing Mr Ignacio Clopes Estela as member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex S.A. as of 1 May 2014.
Ignacio Clopes Estela is a roads, channels and harbour engineer, and a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona. He has been working at Ferrovial as a manager since 1992. He started his international career in 1999 as the Director of the 407 ETR Express Toll Route Contract in Canada. In 2002 he became Director of the Ferrovial national division in Italy. From 2003, as Managing Director, he developed Ferrovial operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In March 2014 he was appointed the Area II (Europe, Asia and Australia) Director for Ferrovial Agroman in London.
Ignacio Clopes Estela is not engaged in any competitive activity relative to the activities of Budimex SA, neither does he participate in a competitive company as a partner in a personal partnership or as a shareholder in a capital company, or as a member of the body of any other competitive legal entity.
Ignacio Clopes Estela is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
