The construction and finishing of the JMP S.A. Office Centre

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 18 April 2014, a contract concerning the construction and finishing of JMP S.A. Office Centre with Jeronimo Martins Polska SA based in Kostrzyn was signed.

• Contract value: PLN 58,231,000.00 net
• Commencement date: once the construction site has been handed over
• Deadline: 26 weeks from the date of building site handover
• Guarantee period: 5 years for works, 10 years for the structure
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days from the delivery of the invoice to the Contracting Authority
  • Performance bond: 10% of the gross remuneration
• Maximum penalties: 15% of the net remuneration
• The Parties may claim damages that exceed the contractual penalties.

The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
